The Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District is focused on making downtown Clean, Safe, & Beautiful. The HDID provides a cleaning crew, safety team and various beautification programs to supplement the City of Harrisburg’s efforts. The HDID also promotes downtown as a great place to Live, Work, Shop, Dine, Play & Visit through various marketing and social media tools. The HDI D is continually looking for ways to make Downtown Harrisburg a more inviting and enjoyable place to live, work, shop, dine, play and visit.
