Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District
The Harrisburg Downtown Improvement District presents the 3rd Annual Pamper Your Palate on Restaurant Row, Harrisburg's Restaurant Week on September 13 through September 17. The event showcases fine dining establishments downtown and features 3 course meals for $30. A customer can select 3 courses from a specially designed menu. This year's participating restaurants include Bricco, Carley's Ristorante & Piano Bar, McGrath's Pub, Spice, Raspberries (in the Hilton), El Sol Mexican Restaurant, Zia's at Red Door and Stock's on 2nd.

The City of Harrisburg will celebrate its 150th Anniversary in 2010. In honor of the celebration, 128 banners were created displaying historic landmarks Some of the banners are colorful expressions of the SusqueCentennial spirit while most display a noted Harrisburg landmark and the date in which the landmark was either built or emerged on the Harrisburg cityscape, although in many instances the landmarks have been either altered or expanded over time or no longer exist.
